Clery Act

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (20 USC § 1092(f)) (known as the Clery Act), is a consumer protection law that aims to provide transparency around campus crime policy and statistics.

The 2023 Annual Security and Fire Safety Report contains information regarding campus security and personal safety, including topics such as crime prevention & fire safety, crime & fire reporting policies, and other matters of importance related to security and safety on campus.  It also contains information about crime and fire statistics for the three previous calendar years concerning reported crimes and fire that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Mid-Atlantic Christian University, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.

This information is required by law and is provided by the Mid-Atlantic Christian University Student Life Office.
