Associates of Arts: Bible and East African Ministry
The Associate of Arts in Bible and East African Ministry is designed for students from East Africa who want a foundation in general studies and a substantial core of Bible and vocational church ministry courses.
The Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies is designed for students who want a foundation in general studies, a substantial core of Biblical and theological studies, and studies in a Christian service or ministry area. The degree prepares students to be more effective servants and leaders in the local church, or as a preparatory for further undergraduate degrees in a variety of disciplines.
Wherever your life journey leads, a degree in general studies can effectively prepare you. This program helps you to develop your critical thinking skills, hone your communication skills and deepen the Christian values necessary to become an effective servant-leader in your current or future workplace.
Associate of Arts: General Studies (Nursing Preparation Track)
This degree offering has been specially designed to assist students who desire to complete an associate degree in nursing or a baccalaureate degree in nursing. In most cases nearly all of the prerequisite courses necessary for an associate degree in nursing or a BSN program will be met upon completing this track of courses. Typically students will be able to transfer into an associate degree in nursing program and complete that program in 2 years. Or, students will be able to transfer into a baccalaureate degree in nursing program and complete that program in 3 years (of full-time study).
