Description of Position/Benefits/Church:

Lead Pastor to be the preaching Minister for a congregation of 300. As lead pastor, will also be one of the Elders in the church. Will be responsible for preaching approximately 70 to 75% of the year. Will run staff meetings (staff of 5). Family Minister and Worship/Music Minister already on staff.
