Description of Position/Benefits/Church:

Summary: The Youth Pastor will work with the Christ Episcopal Church (CEC) Youth Directors, under the supervision of the Rector, in leading, developing, and guiding the church’s youth program (grades 4-12,) and will assist the outreach committee in planning mission and outreach opportunities in the local community and beyond. The Youth Pastor will strive to encourage all youth to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and will serve as a faithful example of Christian living. The Youth Pastor may attend student functions at schools and home school events, grow relationships with the education community, and support students and their families with prayer and encouragement.
