Western Hills Christian Church is prayerfully seeking a senior pastor called by God to lead our congregation in a season of growth and effective ministry. WHCC is a multi-generational church of believers with approximately 125 members.
Job description for Senior Pastor of Western Hills Christian Church: The senior pastor will be a godly man that knows the word of God and lives by it. This person will be doctrinally sound, someone who listens and works well with people. He should have a vision for the church and must articulate it clearly and effectively. As an Elder lead church, he will work in unison with the elders, shepherding, preaching and teaching the Bible and leading the congregation in the worship and the will of God.
