Senior/Lead Pastor

The Pastor We’re Seeking
In addition to meeting the biblical qualifications of an Elder, our next Lead Pastor will be someone who:
 Is a strong, engaging preacher who communicates God’s Word with clarity and conviction
 Is a gifted teacher and relational leader
 Enjoys working with people inside and outside the church
 Has a passion for reaching families and developing future leaders
 Is energized by leading a church that is growing and full of opportunity
 Values teamwork, accountability, and servant leadership

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
 Shepherding and caring for the congregation
 Preaching on Sunday mornings
 Providing leadership and oversight to staff and volunteers
 Partnering with the Elders in vision, direction, and administration

The Lead Pastor will provide oversight for a staff that includes:
 A full-time Worship Leader / Media Director
 Part-time Youth Minister
 Part-time Children’s Ministry Coordinators
 Church Secretary
 Volunteer Ministry Leads

Qualifications
 College degree from a Christian college
 Commitment to Restoration Movement principles
 Passion for evangelism and disciple-making
 Proven ministry experience and leadership ability

Salary is commensurate with experience and skills.
