Description of Position/Benefits/Church:

This job will entail oversight of birth through 12th grade, recognizing that a significant amount of
time will be devoted to Rooted (6-12), but responsibilities will also include leadership of Tabor
Kids! (1st—5th grade) and Wee Worship (birth – K). The youth pastor will work to empower and
equip the high-capacity team of volunteers that are already in place to do ministry; and is also
encouraged to expand the current ministry and develop new opportunities that propel the
mission and vision of the church.
