| Description of Position/Benefits/Church: | Fair Haven Christian Church sits on the southernmost part of Johnson County, about 35 minutes south of Indianapolis. The church began about 75 years ago in the rural community of Trafalgar. God has blessed the church with sustained growth; currently, the church has around 600 in attendance on Sunday morning, which includes about 80-100 children. While the church’s physical address is in the city of Franklin, Fair Haven is in the Trafalgar community. Our community is growing, and we have the vision to be ready for the new people God is calling us to reach with the gospel. We view children’s ministry as a priority for Fair Haven. We have a history of prioritizing money and space for children to ensure the ministry can thrive. Each Sunday, Fair Haven has three identical worship services. In order to accommodate our growing community, we are preparing to break ground on a new worship center.
