Position Hiring:

Part Time Worship Minister

Description of Position/Benefits/Church:

Cape Fear Christian Church is an independent Christian Church located in Wilmington NC. We are a multi-generational church of about 100. We are in need of someone to lead our music on Sunday mornings.

Purpose of Position:
The primary function of our Music Minister is to provide leadership to the
worship team, and to lead our church family in worship through music.

Hours and Compensation: 7 hours per week at $18 an hour ($126 weekly)
 Sunday morning worship service: 4 hours (8am to noon)
 Weekly rehearsal: 1.5 hours (day & time TBD)
 Other: 1.5 hours (song selection, slide preparation and creation,
communication, staff involvement, etc.)

Qualifications:
1. Loves Jesus.
2. Musical background with performance/leadership experience.
3. A degree in music (or related field) would be ideal, but not required
based on experience and references.
4. Familiarity with ProPresenter and SongSelect.
5. Desire to lead.
6. Outgoing personality.
