
MACU is partnering with Roanoke Christian Service Camp this summer to host the MAD (Music and Drama) Camp for teens ages 12-17 on campus from June 20-25, 2025. This exciting camp offers teens the opportunity to develop their talents in music and drama, all while growing in faith and fellowship.
What to Expect at MAD Camp
- Perform in a full musical program! Campers will receive their scripts a few weeks before camp to prepare. On Sunday, June 20, auditions will take place, and rehearsals will begin.
- Experience college life! MACU’s campus offers state-of-the-art facilities, dorm housing, and a Christ-centered environment for campers to learn and grow.
- Travel & Perform! On Wednesday and Thursday nights, campers will travel to local churches to perform.
- Final Performance at MACU! Families are invited to see the final production on Friday, June 25 at MACU before camper pick-up.
Drop-off & Pick-up Details
- Drop-off: Sunday, June 20, at 4 PM on the MACU campus
- Pick-up: Friday, June 25, after the final performance at MACU
Meet the Dean: Patrick Harrison
We are excited to welcome MACU alumnus Patrick Harrison as the dean for MAD Week 2025. With a deep passion for ministry, music, and drama, Patrick will lead campers through an engaging week of creative learning, faith-building, and fun.
