Position Hiring: Lead Minister
Description of Position/Benefits/Church: WCC is seeking a Lead Minister with vision and energy to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, leading lost souls to Jesus by seeking to fulfill the Great Commission.
The Lead Minister will serve by preaching, teaching , witnessing, and shepherding the church family and surrounding community. He will be an integral part of the leadership team along with the elders and deacons.
– Degree from an accredited Christian College or University.
– Ordained Christian Minister
– Satisfies the Biblical Qualifications of 1 Peter 5:1-4; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Timothy 3:1-7
– Committed to the principles and beliefs of WCC

Preferred Qualifications
-Ability to preach and teach God’s Word with passion and authority.
-Full agreement with WCC mission and core values.
-Ability and willingness to connect with and lead multi-generational congregation.
-Ability and willingness to lead, mentor and support church staff.
