First Christian Church in Roanoke Rapids, NC is in search of our next Lead Minister who will help lead us in our desire to connect people with Christ and to one another. First Christian Church has an average worship attendance in person of approximately 220, as well as many that join us via Facebook, our website, and church app. This is a great opportunity to join an established, healthy staff including a full-time church administrator, full-time youth minister, part-time director of children’s ministries, and part-time director of worship. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a love for the Lord, a desire to grow both spiritually and professionally, a love for people, a love for teaching and preaching God’s Word, and a desire to embrace our local culture and community. This candidate will demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit and have the qualities listed in 1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-9. The candidate should have some experience leading a church staff.

Roanoke Rapids is located just off of I-95 in a semi-rural community of approximately 14,000 people.
