We are seeking an excited, spirited, interactive leader who is called to guide others in the Worship of our Lord Jesus Christ. The ideal person will lead vocally and instrumentally and have a passion for worship. The ability to lead musicians as well as identify, develop, and nurture talent.

Qualifications The candidate should have:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Worship Studies or equivalent
Ability to engage congregation with a variety of songs, music, and prayer
Experience in leading worship in a congregational setting (preferably a minimum of 3 years)
A good understanding of contemporary technology such as sound, video & various forms of media
Leadership skills & ability to build, shape & manage teams of volunteers with varying skill levels

Job Responsibilities:
Provide leadership at rehearsals, and with song selection.
Coordinate maintenance of musical & sound equipment, keeping up to date with necessary software.
Recruit talent.
Provide vision forming, building and supporting a team.
Provide musical and spiritual support/encouragement to church staff and congregation.
Work with Lead Pastor & staff to help create impactful experiences for weekly services & special events.
