Principal Function: Reach, challenge, and grow toward maturity middle school students in the church and community by leading a coordinated, volunteer-driven ministry that emphasizes Biblical teaching, small group engagement, and Christian service. Equipping, empowering and releasing of others into ministry will be crucial. Organizing, motivating and supporting volunteer leaders is central. Responsibilities will include communicating the vision of the church and implementing it on a community and church wide level. There is a very detailed position description.
