The Associate Minister we are looking for is a generalist who is gifted to facilitate church growth through teaching environments and individual spiritual guidance. The Associate Minister will be able to work well with the Lead Minister within the eldership and partnering with him to lead the church in reaching families in the community and to fulfill it’s mission statement. He should be capable of preaching a few times per year, teach weekly, and gifted in discipleship. Expectations Any minister of Boulevard should be growing in the regular pattern of life and character as described in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. Boulevard Christian Church is looking for an Associate Minister whose character is being defined and refined by these verses and who has a passion for the Baltimore area.
