 3.  Remit Application Fee of $50 (non-refundable, through PayPal or by mailing a check or money order made out to Mid-Atlantic Christian University, 715 N. Poindexter St., Elizabeth City, NC, 27909.
 4.  Church Reference Form
 5.  High School Transcript, GED, or Home School Documents (if applicable)
 6.  College Transcript(s) (if applicable)
