| Please complete the form below to apply for the Christian Character and Leadership Scholarship. This scholarship is in the amount of $8,000 to be awarded each year to one graduating senior in each high school who exhibits outstanding character and leadership. The scholarship will be allotted in increments of $1,000 each semster over a period of four years. Criteria for the award includes evidence of Christian character, demonstrated leadership ability, and a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.5. The awarded student must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 while enrolled at Mid-Atlantic Christian University and be enrolled for fifteen credit hours each semester (minimum). By April 15, 2010, the MACU enrollment services specialist will notify each high school guidance counselor of students in their school who have applied for this scholarship. Guidance counselors are asked to nominate one recipient for each high school by April 30, 2010. MACU will notify award recipents soon after this date. |
