The church now has over 8,000 people in attendance each weekend on multiple campuses. New Hope has been recognized several times by Outreach Magazine as one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Churches in the United States, and one of the Top 100 Largest churches of any denomination. Tim graduated from Ozark Bible College in 1985. He and his wife Jane have three adult children and one grandson

Dave Willis- Alumni Speaker will be Dave Willis ’90, minister at Olivet Christian Church in Newport News, Virginia.  David is from Newport News and is married to Tammy.  They have three children, Bethany, Delaney and Preston.

Jonita D. Shoaff- was born in Illinois, raised in Texas, and resides in Maryland.  She has lived in twenty-eight homes in eight states, one territory and two foreign countries.  Employment has included twenty jobs from secular to sacred and from for-profit to non-profit.  The numbers seem to present an unstable person.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  The diversity, the travel, and the adventure have formed a teacher and a mentor.  Life is her leverage for her work. Ms. Shoaff is a visionary with an endless capacity to see possibilities in people and systems.  She is an encourager for she believes people thrive best when they are encouraged.
Jonita holds a Master’s Degree from Lincoln Christian Seminary.  She graduated from the Harford Leadership Academy in 2006 and was chosen by the class to give the final address.   That same year she received an award from the Soroptomist Club for “Outstanding contribution to making a difference in the lives of women.” With Toastmaster International, Jonita holds the highest rank - Distinguished Toastmaster.  She currently works for Harford Community College in Bel Air, MD.  Jonita serves on several boards, including the Board of Trustees at Mid-Atlantic Christian University.  As a speaker she has presented on topics such as communication (What’d You Say), ethics (Pinocchio Nation), organizational structure (Five to Thrive), and loving the unlovely (Frog Kissin”’), to name a few.  As a mentor she works with individuals on seeing what has formed their past and what will forge their future.
