Students completing the Entrepreneurial Leadership Major will:

  • Integrate a Biblical worldview into leadership and management,
  • Apply an integrated approach to leadership and management,
  • Demonstrate a proficiency in the knowledge of organizational and management theory and behavior,
  • Discover and apply strong ethical and moral behavior and rich spiritual development,
  • Know and apply best practices in leadership and management,
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the financial skills needed to manage an organization.
